Dr. Kevin R. Justus is founder and medical director of the Advanced Maternal Fetal Center of Glendale. Dr Justus is on the cutting edge of his field and among the few physicians who have completed the rigorous training to achieve board certification in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
Our center specializes in fetal diagnostic testing as well as providing advanced high risk pregnancy consultation. Our staff is committed to providing you and your family with the finest personalized care that you deserve.

Dr. Steve Rad, MD, FCOGG
Maternal Fetal Medicine
Dr. Rad is board certified and is currently Faculty within the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Fetal Treatment Center at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center.
Dr. Rad has undergone rigorous training and completed his medical education at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA/Charles Drew University and both his Residency and Fellowship training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He has been the recipient of many honors and awards, has held multiple leadership positions, and has had numerous international training experiences.
Dr. Rad has unique training and expertise in the advanced diagnosis and management of a variety of complicated maternal and fetal conditions. He has special international training in fetal CNS anomalies, advanced fetal neurosonography and fetal MRI. He also specializes in advanced diagnosis and management of various other complex congenital defects, including cardiac, GI and GU, and complicated and higher order multiple gestations. He is particularly interested in prenatal diagnosis and fetal therapy, abnormal placentation, maternal congenital heart disease, and critical care obstetrics.
Dr. Rad is actively involved in the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine and is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. His research has been presented and published at the national and international level, and his current research focus is in the areas of fetal growth restriction and fetal CNS anomalies. Additionally, he serves as an ad hoc reviewer for various peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Rad loves to teach.
Jasmine Oganyan, RDMS, NTQR, FMF
Lead MFM Sonographer
Jasmine’s expertise and passion for medical imaging, and specifically ultrasound, began since 1998.
Her specialty as a Sonographer has been in the Maternal Fetal Medicine (Perinatology) field. She has worked and trained in some of the most prestigious hospitals such as Cedars Sinai Medical Center in the OB/GYN Prenatal Diagnosis Center and Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Radiology performing ultrasounds in all specialty areas.
At Cedars Sinai Jasmine has served as the Lead Sonographer where she has performed ultrasound procedures and guided in CVS and Amniocentesis procedures studying anatomical, pathological, and physiological data that is interpreted by Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists. She has served as a program coordinator for First Trimester Screening and an Educator by assisting Residents, Fellows and Sonographers in all areas of Ultrasound at the Prenatal Diagnosis Center.
Currently as a Lead Sonographer at Advanced Maternal Fetal Center of Glendale, Jasmine works to provide quality diagnostic services, staff education, documentation/Reporting management and oversight of technical operations for the ultrasound department. She enjoys the challenge of continual professional growth and strives to provide excellent and compassionate and quality medical care to all of our patients.
Jasmine speaks English, Armenian and Russian.
